With the resumption of football across the major leagues in Europe, preparations towards the resumptions of the UEFA Champions League are in top gear.
With the final of his year’s showpiece slated for Benfica in Portugal, there is still a lot to play for as teams look to win one of the most coveted trophies in European football.
But where and when will the draws of the competition be held?

The draws will take place from noon CET on Friday 10 July at UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

The draw will be streamed live on UEFA’s official website.
There is no seeding or country protection at this stage of the competition: any restrictions will be announced ahead of the draw.
A draw is made to determine the ‘home’ side in the Final for administrative reasons.
With the threat of corona and other countries under strict guidelines about visits in their countries, this season’s quarter-finals, semi-finals and Final will be played as a straight knock-out tournament in Lisbon, Portugal in August with all ties being in a single-leg fixture.
Lisbon being the home of the finals will provide Benfica’s Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica and Sporting CP’s Estádio José Alvalade as the venues for the games.
