Lucas Vázquez

According to the newspaper ‘AS’, Lucas Vázquez intends to continue at Real Madrid until June 2021 when his contract expires.

The Galician, after his reconversion as a right-back, will even do all that is possible to extend his deal with Los Blancos.

The change came with his reconversion to RB. Manager Zinedine Zidane used the player for that position and, although Dani Carvajal is a regular in the starting XI, the ex-Espanyol player could be a faithful alternative.

In fact, according to the newspaper ‘AS’, Lucas Vázquez has already reportedly communicated to Real Madrid his wish to stay at the club beyond this summer transfer market. The player’s intention is to see out his contract and stay until June 2021.

The aforementioned source even informs that the 29-year-old player will do everything that’s in his hands to sign a new contract with Madrid. He’s only thinking about staying at the club.

Lucas Vázquez has played 28 matches this season, starting a total of 10 matches. He has also contributed to the attack with three goals and one assist.
