The former Juventus midfielder was released on Wednesday by the Italian giants and has linked up with the club owned by David Beckham, a former teammate.
“I couldn’t be happier to welcome my friend Blaise to Inter Miami,” said Beckham, who played with Matuidi at PSG.
“He is an exciting and gifted player and a great person. To have a World Cup winner of Blaise’s quality in our new team is such a proud moment – for us as owners and for our fans.”
The World Cup winner with France left the Old Lady after three successful years, where he won three Scudetti, one Coppa Italia, and one Italian Super Cup.
He also starred for PSG up until 2017.
