Jadon Sancho has returned to training with Borussia Dortmund ahead of the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Manchester City.
The winger hasn’t played for Edin Terzic’s side since March 2, when he suffered a thigh injury that kept him out of England’s World Cup qualifiers last month and Dortmund’s first-leg tie against Sancho’s former club.
Despite Dortmund’s struggles in the Bundesliga, Sancho has been in excellent form this season, scoring 12 goals and recording 16 assists for the German club.
The 21-year-old completed an individual session on Sunday, according to the Daily Mail, following a warm-weather recuperation in Dubai.
Dortmund’s 2-1 loss to Manchester City last week means they’ll need to bounce back when Pep Guardiola’s side visits Signal Iduna Park on Wednesday.
Sancho moved to Germany from Manchester City in 2017, and in 130 appearances for his new side, he has 46 goals and 60 assists.
