Chelsea midfielder Tiemoué Bakayoko is set to leave the Premier League side this season.
Bakayoko signed for Chelsea in 2017 after an impressive spell while at Ligue 1 side AS Monaco. However, after his arrival, he struggled to impress at Stamford Bridge and he has since been loaned out three times including Napoli last summer.
The Gli Azzurri are not interested in signing Bakayoko on a permanent deal but Fiorentina wants to secure his services with talks set to start soon.
Bakayoko has made 42 appearances for Napoli this season, scoring two goals and assists apiece.
